DataDrive Recognized with 2021 Best Places to Work Title

I am excited to announce that DataDrive has been recognized as a 2021 Best Places to Work by the Minneapolis/St Paul Business Journal!  I am honored and incredibly proud of all of our amazing colleagues that shape our unmatched team culture.  

The Best Places to Work aims to identify and recognize top workplaces in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area based on employee feedback.  Nominated organizations are evaluated directly by employees through anonymous surveys that measure various work elements like team effectiveness, manager effectiveness, connectedness, company vision, and people practices for rewards and recognition as examples.  

“Work with smart, passionate people on our client’s most complex challenges using data” has been a guiding principle since the early days of DataDrive.  I love that DataDrive has created the premier destination for developers and data nerds to grow both personally and professionally.  Despite a global pandemic, our DataDrive team embraced the adventure of virtual connection with each other and explored new ways to stay connected - including high school ‘guess who’ challenges, remote escape rooms, and virtual ‘capture the flag’ games.  

I’m incredibly proud of how our team navigated and thrived over this past year.  During an unpredictable year filled with uncertainty, our team stood together and built a resilient culture of connectedness, collaboration, and self-care.  Our colleagues all made a big impact in our success during 2020.
